Confirmation
After sending the SMS, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been successfully cancelled. This ensures that your request has been processed without any delays.

Refund Policy
At ShemarooMe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide a risk-free streaming experience, allowing you to request refunds under specified conditions.
- Subscription Terms: ShemarooMe subscription is charged at 800 fils per week for both STC and Zain subscribers. The service auto-renews weekly until you unsubscribe.
- How to Request Refund: To request a refund, you must notify our customer care team at support@vod-streaming.pro with a clear statement including your mobile number, carrier (STC or Zain), and subscription details.
- Required Information: Ensure that your refund request includes the following essential details:
- Complete contact information, including your full name, email address, and mobile number
- Carrier information (STC or Zain) and subscription details, such as the service name and the date of subscription
- The payment method used for the subscription transaction
- Processing Timeline: Refunds will be processed according to your carrier's refund mechanism. Once we receive your refund request, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days via email and process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Carrier Billing Refunds: If you have subscribed via carrier billing through STC or Zain, you may be required to provide banking information to facilitate refund processing through your carrier's refund system.
